We’ll cover everything from zest to oil to juice and pulp, as we put every bit of the lemon to work and explore how this citrus fruit works to enhance both sweet and savory dishes.
Chef Annette will share some of her favorite recipes, demo a variety of zesting techniques, and teach you how to make your own preserved lemons, a chef’s pantry essential. And we’ll taste lemon in all its glory!
